Day 6 and only 24 days to go
Breakfast was a smoothie of watermelon and peaches with maca powder
Lunch was a salad of green lettuce and spinach, pecans, dried cranberries, apples
Snack of almonds
Dinner was watermelon and bananas
Water, water, water
I will tell you that unless you are willing to spend the time to research recipes and stock your pantry or fridge with raw foods, this is a hard diet to follow in American standards, where flour products chemical laced products are in abundance. Even the salads you get at the fast food joints are sprayed with chemical to keep them from turning brown and the dressings are full of chemicals.
