Fri Day 9 - Charlotte

Although I am losing weight and my stomach feels so much better and no acid reflux I feel I am missing something so I am asking my husband to take me out to dinner tonight

Breakfast - Banana and water

Lunch - french fries and water (yes I am slipping)

Dinner - Fresh salad greens, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and advocado with lime squeezed over it and grilled cod.  Yum. I really needed that.  And a drink with lots and lots of water.
