SAT - Day 10 - Charlotte

Got on the scales and lost 10 pounds as of today.  I feel better but wish my stomach would start to get smaller.
Breakfast - Banana and water - late for an art critique

Lunch - Spinach salad with red onions and tomatoes and just a smidge of goat cheese

Dinner - Jicama with cilantro and lime squeezed plus lots and lots of water
